Beginning her career in 2018 and joining the MPA Board in 2021, Sophie is a proud advocate for the Manchester media industry, working on several large clients in her day-to-day role.
Having founded MPA Next Gen, Sophie is passionate about developing future talent and leaders.

Max’s career started in the industry during a Marketing Management placement year at MMU, before joining the Dentsu graduate scheme in 2018, which lead to roles at Mediacom & McCann.
Max is passionate about promoting the industry in Manchester and the wealth of talent within it.
Grace Sharp
Planning & Partnerships Manager, Wavemaker
Starting as a TV buyer at Dentsu at just 19, Grace entered the industry via the non-traditional route of skipping university.
Now working at Wavemaker North on the Jet2holidays account, Grace is a founding member of MPA Next Gen and also has a role on the Young Bloomers committee.
Grace was named MPA Awards 2024 Rising Star.

Sophia has been in the industry since 2020, working across the property, hospitality, construction, and media industries on a regional and national scale.
Sophia is also passionate about advocating for a more diverse and inclusive media industry and currently leads Next Gen’s DE&I group.
